Preparation Sterilization(Pasteurization,HTST,UHT) Online Homogeneous Aseptic Filling
Application ScopeThis type of experimental production line are widely used in the confirmation & renewing of original formula, examination of taste, assessment of colour, application of stabilizer/emulsifier, development of new products, of which products are milk, juice, tea drink, drink milk, tomato paste, seasoning, beer, ice cream, egg products, solider powder, etc.
This mini production line can completely analog the production situation of industrial sterilizer, homogenizer, aseptic filler. Integrating heating, sterilizing, cooling, online homogenizing, aseptic filling into one, which can continuously producing and reflect the real production data. So its very suitable for universities, institutes and R&D of manufacturing units to obtain the experimental data.
Technical Characteristics:
1. Complete analog the industrial production situation, and continuous production.
2. Accuracy of experimental data and conclusion, good repeating; can be put directly in the industrial production.
3. Diversified, repetitive low-volume experiments, the minimum infeed volume is 3 liter.
4. Only tap water and electricity to start experimental production.
5. Compact system structure which only occupying about 2.5 square meter.
6. Controls of manual and PLC automatic for option.
