Detailed Product Description
Characteristics:
1. High Efficiency. We integrate extracting pot and concentrating pot into one whole structure. For one-stop operation, so it save lots of raw material and operating time. The efficiency of this Pot is higher 10% ~ 15% than the common Pot.
2. High Conversion Rate of Raw Materials. When extracting, the hot solvents dissolved active ingredients in the medicine by the way from top to bottom. So, the active ingredients can be increased more than one time.
3. Compact Structure. It occupying about 1.5 square meter.
4. High Efficiency of Concentration, because one-time infeeds can be repeatedly using in the closed equipments. The active ingredients in raw material constantly be extracting out, so the raw material can be saved 30% under the same extracting volume. For the steam can be secondly used, the equipments energy consumption can save about 50%.
