Detailed Product Description
Operation is simple and easy. Body structure use quality stainless steel. And the contact part use #316 stainless steel. By using moulding device / ejecting device on the bottom, the diameter and side of tablets can be changed. Two steel cams control the step of press. Its needless to be changed.
Application Scope
Used in the small batch production of various pills, calcium, special-shaped tablets and in the industries of pharmaceutical plants, chemical plants, food factory, hospitals, research institutes and the laboratory of higher school.
Technical Data
The main frame is made of 304 stainless steel while the contact surface parts are 316 stainless steel. The diameter and volume of tablets can be easily changed by replacing the bottom former / ejector. Dies from 8 to 20mm (it can be made according to requirements)
This compact machine can be operated continuously and easily installed and removed.
This automatic tables press can reach the targets of production test and small batch production, the tablets diameter from 8mm to 20mm.
