Performance principle:

 

Put the medicine into the distillation tank and join the solvent with a quantity five or ten times of the medicine such as water, ethanol, methanol and acetone (according to the request of the technology). Open the tee of the distillation tank and vaporization valve of clip-sleeve and leave the distillation liquid heated to boil for about twenty of thirty minutes. And use filter pipe to let the one-third distilled liquid into the concentrator. Close the tee of the distillation tank and vaporization valve of clip-sleeve; open the valve of heater to concentrate liquid. The secondary vapor appears during concentration and enters the distillation tank to play the heating source and solution through vaporization pipe to maintain the boil inside the tank. The secondary vapor continues lifting and is cooled into thermal cooling liquid by condenser. And then they fall bank inside distillation tank to play new solvent to join the medicine surface. The new solvent crosses with high speed from up to down the medicine layer until the bottom of the distillation tank, then the effective part inside the medicine can solve in the solvent inside the distillation tank. The distilled liquid enters into the concentrator by filter pipe and the concentrator-produced secondary vapor can be sent to the distillation tank for thermal source and new solvent. Such-formed new solvent is distilled by big refluence. So the solute density inside the medicine and the density inside the solvent will keep high grads. The solute inside the medicine will come from the medicinal with high speed (the distillation liquid is colorless). Now the distillation stop entering into the concentrator, and the concentrated secondary vapor goes to the cooler to let the concentration continue until the needed specific gravity (1.2-1.4) of medicine cream is available. The use of the medicine cream is available. The colorless liquid inside the distillation bank be stored inside the storage tank for next patch of use. The medicine residue will discharge from the outlet. If the distillation by organic solvent, it is must to first put some volume of water and open the tee and clip-sleeve vapor valve. And after the recycle, the medicine residue will be abandoned.
