Brief description of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine
The series of vertical ultrasonic washing machine is a new product developed by our company by making efforts for years, after introducing and improving technologies from abroad according to actual situations in china, the product is made by advanced technologies, features of simple structure , stable operation , highly reliable, and lower noise, the machine is easy to operate and clean, apply for washing in tubed bottles or moulded antibiotic vials in pharmacy factories ,and used for cleaning ampoules or oral medical liquid bottles.
Features
the machine is make in a vertical column structure, and mechanical gripper take the bottle by means of overturning and tracing, the bottle is washing by ultrasonic cleaning, water and compressed air spraying and washing, it could achieve the automatic procedures such as bottle feeding, ultrasonic washing, washing exterior surface of the bottle, washing the interior surface of the bottle, bottles out-feeding. The whole bottle transferring process is like gear coupling principle. The machine is stable and applies for different size of the bottle, with low breaking rate, without cross contamination between water tube and air tube, fully comply with GMP.
